You will get comfortable in an adjustable recliner and may be offered a neck pillow, eye pillow, and/or blanket if desired. You will have a cap with infrared lights at the appropriate wavelengths, placements, and frequencies for your particular brain. All you have to do is just sit back, relax, and let the neurostimulation do its job.
